Blue Ox OX3000 air cleaners were installed at Granite Transformations to help control granite and silica pollutants and expoxy odors.
OX3000 air filtration systems provide âTâ pattern airflow with inlets on both sides of each unit and exhausts air from the center.
The X3000 series comes equipped with a dual set of micro-glass fiber filters to provide more filter area, making them effective in granite and silica applications.

Granite Transformations
Summary: Granite Transformations is a global, full service home and business remodeling system that offers a wide selection of resurfacing designs in a number of beautiful materials. There manufacturing facility was having issues with granite and silica particles in the air and epoxy odors.
Challenge: Granite Transformations has tried several attempts to filter the air and reduce the odors but with little success.
Solution:We installed one OX3000 unit in the shop above the main work area. The air quality has become noticeably better thanks to the removal of granite and silica particles from the air. The epoxy odors have also been greatly reduced. As an added benefit, the workers also commented that the air circulation helps keep them cool on hot days.
