Brief Description
Featuring A "T" pattern airflow unit with inlets on both ends and exhaust in the middle, the BLUE OX3000 uses efficient filters which have been constructed from micro‐glass fibers. The filters are able to separate submicron particles from the air passing through the unit and hold them in high quantities. Four inch pleated pre-filters catch the larger particles, extending the bag filter's life. Featuring disposable filters, low operating costs, four-way louvers, 16 gauge steel cabinet and option‐pressure gauge, this self-contained unit’s applications are welding smoke / fumes, grinding dust, bondo dust, diesel smoke, oil mist, printing powder, plastic dust and other smoke and dust problems.
How it Works
A large centrifugal type blower draws the contaminated air from the room through a set of highly efficient micro-glass filters that separate the sub-micron particles from the air stream. The cleaned air is then discharged back into the room for reuse. No ductwork is required, and there is no loss of heat or air conditioning. Optional charcoal filters are available for odor control.
Installation Options
Installation of your new OX3000 may be accomplished in a variety of ways. The OX3000 is designed for chain-hanging, rod-mounting, or a wall bracket installation to suit your individual application. The OX3000 operates on ordinary 115 volt circuits and requires no special wiring.
